Terrible. Customer service barely responds and what they send is all about the customer having to either deal with what Halipax gives you which is not much and it's junk they sell or ship it back with your own money and hope that they refund without a restocking fee. NEVER AGAIN.. I am a massage therapist and I will be spreading the word.
