Water actually tastes great, ok it’s water and I can’t put my finger on it but it seems cleaner and fresher tasting. I have an issue with leeching if electrolytes due to having colon removed and although early days I do feel less fatigued , maybe psychosomatic at this point but will see if it continues. I had some reservations about Yodel meeting the 48 hour delivery as there tracking app leaves a bit to be desired but that’s s another story. Actiph says it would be a 48 hours and it was.
