I have been drinking Acti-Vit for probably a year or more now and always look forward to my monthly multi box. It's delicious, low in calories, a great way to get more vitamins. I used to add squash to sparkling water, or maybe a vitamin tablet, but this is a far superior option. All flavours are delicious - would (and do!) highly recommend to my friends/family.
