I am very disappointed with my experience. The delivery was supposed to take only 4–5 days, but I still have not received my order. I also contacted customer support, but they were not helpful and did not communicate properly. It has been frustrating because I have not received any clear update about my order. I hope this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

I am using this facewash ... It claims it didnt dry out skin but it does dry out your skin after some time if you dont apply any mositurizer. The gel texture makes it difficult to wash off ...as it remains on the skin even after splashing water on your face multiple time. It gives the feeling of some product still left on the face. I hate this feeling. So I won't try this out again. Not a fan of it .

Presentation and packing is good but bare essence didn't mention manufacturer address and prod date as it contains some chemicals .Also when I opened it the cap was filled with the product that means I lost that quantity also a small shred of wood was present that questioned the quality , unfortunately I couldn't take picture. About the product efficacy which I couldn't explain because I just use it for two times only.
