Product quality is good

Presentation and packing is good but bare essence didn't mention manufacturer address and prod date as it contains some chemicals .Also when I opened it the cap was filled with the product that means I lost that quantity also a small shred of wood was present that questioned the quality , unfortunately I couldn't take picture. About the product efficacy which I couldn't explain because I just use it for two times only.

I just received my parcel yesterday hopes its help to reduce pigmentation on my lips

The product arrived with damaged packaging which made it difficult to apply and use properly. I would recommend improving the tube packaging for a better user experience. As for the product itself, I’ll share a detailed review after using it for some time.
