I am so happy that I have started but I am so unfit & am very sore. I did day 3 today (which took me 2 days because I couldn’t finish yesterday).
I know it will get easier as I get fitter but I am thinking of doing the mat program tomorrow and maybe should have started with this.
I have had 2 spinal fusions & think I pulled a muscle today.
I am determined to continue as I loved doing Pilates years ago.

Love this kit! Has everything. Wish it had a 7 day beginner program so you can feel like you accomplish something to start as a beginner. 28 days is nice but when you are just starting, smaller milestones make consistency easier.

The videos need some work. The text is over the image so you cant make out what position you should be. This is relevant when you dont know the names of the moves when first starting out. Would be better if there was some explanation and ongoing support through the workouts in terms of how to position yourself and how to make it easier/harder

Love the Reformer. The video routines need to be more detailed. I would love the instructor to show how to prepare the reformer for each exercise. I spend a lot of time pausing to see how the reformer is set up.

Only on week two but have lost 7 1/2 cms!! Like that I can exercise around me. Sometimes in the morning and some in the evening. Will. carry on and see how I get on. Thank you the board is a great idea!!

It is a really good piece of kit, that folds down so it able to be packed away. It is sturdy, the bands offer enough resistance to give you a good workout. I like the fact all the free gifts came with it, made it well worth the money.
One thing I do find difficult to find are videos relating to how you use it. This would be helpful if there was a free month subscription or access to places on YT or other video sites.

Very easy to set up and got brilliant videos on YouTube to follow work outs. Product is so simple to use but so effective on the core I actually feel so elated after a work out. Really would highly recommend it it’s so handy I have tried the gym which I can’t fault but with a busy job and kids it was an extra job to the list! With this product just pull it out from under the bed and off I go. Very happy with it well worth the price too.

I received my board a week ago. Based on other great reviews, I thought it would be a great way to work out at home and I actually cannot believe HOW MUCH of a workout it is by following the 20-25 minute Classroom sessions each day :)
Anyone who hates the gym, doesnt have hours a day to exercise and wants a proper full body workout - I highly recommend this board - in fact I have already recommended it myself to friends and family!!!

It’s lightweight but sturdy enough, and I was quite surprised at how many excersizes you can do on it!
I found the packaging it arrived in and the instructions a bit hit and miss, found the excersize videos on YouTube myself as there’s no guidance - that’s would be only criticism.
It’s a great little machine though, I can feel it working, and as it folds it’s very easy to store.

I can feel the reformer working certain muscles which is good.The only downside is the demos,they are a bit fast on the change of exercise,I do find myself pausing the video to change positions which is OK as its only 20mins and does not add to much time.Might be better if the work outs were done in real time to give you a chance to catch up! Enjoying working out so far,one week done.
