This is absolutely the best purchase i have made! My youngest cat ( not pictured) took to it easily within 20 mins. My oldest cat ( pictured, black) took to it within 2 hrs. I brought home a cat without talking to my husband….. decided to soften the blow by making care of said cat even easier and was referred to pet snowy! Incredible little machine. I have four cats and change the bag maybe every 4 days or so. More than once a week but it might take 5 days to fill. They all use it no problem but I didn’t use the front panel lid. We have had this about 3 months and it took less than a week for all cats to use it. I just got this for a few weeks now. My cats were a little hesitant at first so I just followed the tips they provided to keep the lid open or curtain off. I did both because both my cats are different. My Grey/white cat loves to climb so opening the lid was a great way to have him explore on his own.
