It was hard to pull the trigger because this litter box was pricey but it’s the best investment ever! I have two rescue kittens around 10 weeks old and they took to it within 2 days. I did leave the lid off initially for a day then when I put the lid on left the curtain up for another day or two. Because they were young and small I left it unplugged to be safe and plugged it in when I wanted it to scoop the litter. We love it! My hairless went right to it soon as it was filled with old litter. It’s quiet when working and the deodorizer is amazing. I had keep the lid off in the litter box off until they got used to it , which took them three days. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning because in the past I had another attempt to use an automated litter box and it wasn't that great. But Petsnowy is different.
