After a week of leaving the cover off, both of my cats got into the new routine of using it and I love it. It tells you when to change it and when to add more litter. It’s better than the Litter Robot I had before. It constantly would act up and I would have to reset it so it would continue to work but not this one. I’ve not had a minutes trouble out of it.

Ok, I love it! Practically no smell at all. We had a very expensive automated litter box for the last 2 years and it slowly but surely started dying. It was smelly and quite frankly, messy. So far so good. I used to have the PetKit litter robots, and for awhile they did fine, but then I could not get them to stop smelling bad even after deep cleaning. I am hoping the Pet Snowy robot is much better. I know for sure I am not having any issues with it at all. It's pretty great and really traps the stinkiness!

Our PetSnowy self-cleaning litter box came highly recommended from someone who has had one for several years. Our cat is indoor/outdoor, so only uses it occasionally, but he adapted well. I left the cover off for a few days so he could get used to it. After I put the cover on, he used it with no problem. It's a great product and I wish I'd bought one sooner!

Game changer in every respect! Took around 4 days to get a 12 year old and 2 year old changed over . In the end I reduced it by one litter tray a day and then on day 4 just left the Pet Snowy… removed all litter trays and BINGO! Honestly the best decision I made and worth the money ♥️

I love this cat litter robot. I have one and bought one for my friends. I have been taking care of cats since 2017 on rover, I have a cat and saw a lot of cat litter robots with my clients. The ones they have were as pricey maybe less or more but they all smell and make a mess. This one doesn’t smell, the mess is much less. And I think the design is cuter than any one’s on the market. I will recommend it 100%, I do believe that it’s the best one on the market right now.

We have one of the original PetSnowy robotic litter boxes so we weren't sure new litter bottom would fit? However, it fits like a glove! We love the material and the weighted center bottom area as it empties better and not noticing urine smell again now older version was changed out!

Wow! The installation instructions were very clear, and I really appreciated the helpful tips for different types of cats — such a great idea! It took my cats about 3 or 4 days to get used to their new litter box. As for me… I couldn’t be happier. Took a few days for my cat to use Petsnowy but now we both love it. I started with the top off, deodorizer off, automatic scoop off and lights off, Once she was confident I put the top on and would manually push clean when she was not near it. I didn’t rush her. Now she can be in the same room when in cleans and is confident using it with everything fully automatic. We have had it under two months and I don’t want to ever be without it.

I really like this litter box. I had a cat that was shy to use the box at first. I just pulled the lid off each night to let him get used to it. Then I would put the top back on but lift the top cover off it. Now he uses it even with the lid down. It's a great design to help reduce litter all over the floor. And it reduces the smell.

So far I love all my PetSnowy products. I love the deodorizer that goes off after each rotation and I love how the app makes every product customizable. So far my cats have been loving it after only a day they became accustomed to it. I have the litter robot 3 before this one and this is by far the best out of the two.

Pet snowy has been a game changer for my cat and I. With a regular litter box my small apartment constantly smelled like the litter box.
