I have bought your first version of litter box I actually was in the waiting list until your company started releasing them. I almost changed litter boxes because for some reason the litter based always gave me problems but this time order I realized you guys changed a few things, is deeper and more secure. No more spilling litter I can actually put more litter and is lasting longer!!! I didn’t want to change litter box because I love your product since the beginning so I am glad you guys change...

I am so happy with this purchase. Our Kitties adjusted to the litter box right away. It is nice to be able to track their goings on and of course not scooping is a big bonus!

Excellent clumping ability and controls the smell much better than the tofu litters I was previously using in my automatic litter box. Highly recommend if you have multiple cats. After trying many different litters, this litter works the best in the PetSnowy automatic litter box.

Kitten (6-Months) adjusting from being outdoors to indoors on a full-time basis. Found leaving the cover off help her adjust to using a cat box without issue. Once the cover was placed on the unit to allow for automatic cleaning place a little cat nip in the litter and removed the curtain. No issues since, the unit only 30 days installed in working as expected. Would love the app to provide update on waste basket fill status would be my only recommendation to investigate for future version. Perh...

I love this litter box. I wish I updated to this years ago, no longer scooping poo & minimal odor. Changing the waste bags is so easy. I empty the litter every 2 weeks to remain as odor free as possible (very easy to do with the empty litter button, just toss the bag.) You do still get litter sprinkles outside the box, but this is greatly reduced. This lets me just focus on enjoying my cat!

I’ve had the snowy for two weeks & it’s changed my life… literally! No more scooping and no more tantrums. My cat hated it when I cleaned his litter box or added fresh litter. With the snowy it cleans after every visit and I have topped up the litter twice with no issues. The scatter is minimal as is the odour. There is still a slight odour which dissipates when the deodoriser sprays. I’ve changed the bag twice and it was a little gross. Also the app isn’t very accurate. I have loaded my one cat...

My cat switched to this litter box in less than a day! It’s definitely a game changer for cat owners. The only thing I wish it did differently is notify me when the litter is getting low in the box. Other than that 100% worth the cost!

Love this unit, and so do my furry friends. So far the room that the litter box is in, which is smaller, does not smell, the litter stays better in the box and doesnt look like an eyesore. Works far better than the litterRobot we had previously. Just seems better build, looks nicer, and you can clean it far easier. Safe from out dog so he doesnt get into the litter either. Best decision ever to invest in this litter box!

Our kittens needed the non-mechanical open method first. After 4 days we covered it with success. At 1 week, we turned the unit on and they are still going strong using it like champs. The previous litter mess we had their first few weeks at home is gone (along with the odor). Although this is an investment, cleanliness was of utmost importance and Pet Snowy does the trick.

Best litter tray purchase. Works really well, is easy to clean and has saved so much time and stopped the horrible smell and look of my old open tray. Wouldn’t go back to an open tray now.

The set up was very easy. My kitten had no issues getting acclimated to the litter box (I am using it in manual mode only due to her size). Would recommend to anyone with any age/size cat. She loves the water fountain as well! Thank y'all for making the products y'all make, couldn't be happier with the purchase!

Exceptional Review for Pet Snowy Automatic Litter Box The Pet Snowy Automatic Litter Box has completely transformed the way I manage my cat’s litter needs, and I couldn’t be more impressed. This is a real game changer! I love the design, and how everything works. I can’t get it to connect to my phone but that is the least of my worries. My kittens were used to walking in a hidden litter box so they adjusted immediately to this design! It is easy to change the bags and save so much litter! Also a side note, I have been feeling fatigued and heavy headed for months since I got the kittens. After 2 days of having this, I woke up feeling so much better and I really feel like not handlin...

We absolutely love our litter box! We have a kitty that doesn't cover or move the litter after using the litter box, so it was hard to keep a nonstinky home every time she used the litter box. This litter box has been the best investment for our kitty, and it not only keeps all the bad smells inside, but cleaning the waste drawer is easy and fast. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! We highly recommend it.

Beautifully packaged and made. It took a week or so before the cats would use it. I will be buying a second one soon. Looks way better than a typical litter box.

So far I am amazed. We switched fron a litter robot to the pet snowy. The pet snowy is considerably quieter and seems way better as far as quality and it arrived already assembled which was a nice surprise. The app is really cool because it tells you which cat used the box and how long/often. The only thing I cant figure out yet, is how to know when its time to change the bag. I can't find anything about the status of the waste bag in the app, and the unit itself hasn't displayed anything that ...

SNOW+ Self-Cleaning Litter Box - A Game-Changer for Pet Owners! I've had my fair share of experiences with different litter boxes, but the SNOW+ Self-Cleaning Litter Box has genuinely been a revelation. It's not just a litter box; it's an innovative, efficient, and incredibly convenient addition to any pet owner's life. Odor Control (5/5): One of the standout features of the SNOW+ is its exceptional odor control. Say goodbye to those unpleasant, lingering pet odors in your home. The SNOW+ empl...

The cat loves the feeder and seems to know where the action button is, but still can't get him to activate it himself. the water container holds 3 bottles of water and is easily able to inform when water is low. Cat goes in the auto litter box, but usage is unknown, I am still in the learning process of its use. The cat seems to have no problem. Wish it could have been smaller in size.

I am very satisfied with this purchase! The Litter is amazing and lasts up to ~2 weeks. Not having to clean the litter on a daily basis is just fantastic and there is no bad smell in the house. It is very big, which I did not realise, so double-check the dimensions if your house is not super spacious. Gladly, for us it was still fine. The app works nicely when it is not de-synced, but sometimes, it does not recognise the Litter anymore, and I have to reset it. This is a minor inconvenience, but...

My cat liked it almost immediately! The app needs some improvements and the instructions are wrong that's why most people can't set up the connection. Great product!

LOVE this litter box. It came already put together, which was a huge plus, and it's super intuitive and easy to use. I have 4 cats, and it helps keep them happy without having to have multiple litter boxes around the house. It took them a couple of days to start using it regularly, but once I removed the backup litter box they were totally on board. Don't give up if they're hesitant at first - what worked for us was leaving the top flap open and the box unplugged until they got used to it. Total...

I wasn‘t expecting it to be so good. But it is. The cats weren’t scared - but curious from the beginning. The litter box smells good! Never thought I‘d say anything like this in my life. Worth the money!

Out of the box, plastic is slightly broken (see photo). It doesn’t affect functionality, but it’s annoying for something so expensive to arrive damaged. Some of the physical buttons are not available on the app (“R” button), so if I forget to reset the weight after adding litter, or activate it after a power outage while I’m not home, someone will have to physically go push the button. It’s a tight squeeze for our 10 and 13 lb cats, and they often poo down the side wall instead of into the litte...

Love it . I opted to have to manually clean litter on the app still beats shoveling, only because I don’t want anything to happen to the cats not that it would. Took awhile for them to get used to it for sure I would keep old litter from their previous box I think that would’ve helped them out alot. Should have got one a long time ago !!

This was the last piece of the puzzle. We've got it all now and just love it! The litterbox tells us her weight and we can adjust her food with the feeder accordingly. She comes running when it drops the food or sits and waits when it's about to deliver. It's easy to clean and maintain. Love PetSnowy products!

My order hasn’t arrived in full. I’m still missing the wireless fountain, it’s delayed and not showing any movement. I’ll wait a couple more days before contacting customer service again. The rest of the items seem to be ok, I really like the liners, I like the design and sturdiness. I haven’t tried the new self cleaning litter because it’s a gift for my daughter that is moving out soon. (I like my old ones though) Thank you.

Excellent replacement globe for the best automatic litter box I've ever used. This is nice to have as backup especially during cleaning of the unit and allows for quick re-use. As long as you can keep these consistently in stock, this will be a no-brainer five star review and company experience!
