We love the litter box. The cats got used to it in an instant and they actually love when the clean cycle happens. And when the cord broke the first day having the product, they shipped out a new cord promptly! I feel the only downside to the product is that if you have cats that like to pee on the bottom of the box, it will get stuck to the bottom and you need to help it get off the bottom

I do really like the PetSnowy cat litter box. However it took a month for my two cats to get used to it. I had to leave the top off for that length of time. But now all is good, it doesn’t track the litter all over the house, and the fragrance really does take the odor away. If it does become a little overwhelming the odor I just press the button to redo the fragrance. You all will love it like I do.

My cats each have one (2 cats, 2 PetSnowys). They love it! Easy to train from a covered box to a PetSnowy, as my cats were both kittens when we transitioned them. Best compliment? My mom who HATES the smell of cat dirt visited…she was in and out of the laundry room where they’re placed…and said it doesn’t even smell like we have cats. Other guests have asked us where their litterboxes are! Efficient, clean, and easy to set up. Expensive…but worth it. We even bought one for my in law’s cat!

Amazing! This was a MASSIVE upgrade from my previous self-cleaning litter box. I hesitated at first because of the cost, but the improvements in sound (silent!), odor (none!), cat-only access (my dogs can't get in!), and aesthetics (it's pretty adorable) make this a brilliant addition. There was one thing on the instructions that confused me. Step 3 mentioned pressing the reset button. Step 4 mentioned adding litter. I had to add the litter BEFORE following Step 3. Had to Google to figure that out.

I love the SNOW+ (litter box, feeder, and water fountain) so far. I've had it for 1.5 weeks out near the living room and it's been a huge upgrade from my previous Smart Litter device. The first 24 hours our cat Steve gave it the side eye. “What is this thing you want me to poop in?” By day 2 he was using it like a champ. It’s quiet, it’s easy, it’s not smelly, and it’s not unattractive to look at. We left the Litter Robot world for the PetSnowy world, and according to the four-legged member of the family it was a good change. The two-legged members agree.
