I recently purchased an automatic litter robot and overall, I'm quite impressed. The setup was incredibly easy, taking just a few minutes to get everything up and running. One of the standout features is its ability to block odors effectively; our home no longer has any lingering smells, which is a huge relief. Cleaning the robot is also a breeze—its design makes it simple to maintain, saving us a lot of time and effort. However, there are a few areas where improvements could really enhance the...

The technology is great, the petsnowy is quiet and I like that you can customise cleaning and deodorising as well as turn off the lights. My cats were scared of those strong lights and when I switched them off a female cat started using the box after 3 days, a male cat after a week but it was once a day. Only after 2 weeks they are using this box (alternating with another litter box). Couple things which could be improved: - automatic deodorising goes for a long time and scent is very strong, to...

To be honest, there are pros and cons to this litter box. I am going with four stars because it definitely is a major upgrade from my former cheap litter robot, but it definitely isn’t perfect for such a high price (but truthfully nothing is perfect). This litter robot has been life changing when it comes to covering up the smell, especially since I work in the same room as it. Du...

One took to it quickly after we put away their old litter box (we had both out for about a week before putting away the old one) but the other one took a few more days. She’s still adjusting to it but taking to it smoothly. She only had one accident outside the litter box so far. She is also a “high pee-er” so her first time she got it on the mat but it was easy to clean. Looking forward to b...

Overall enjoy the pet snowy litter box. It had definitely helped with my cats and the trail of litter they used to leave after using the litter box. I’m having difficulty connecting it to my wifi. I had it connected at first but the app always said it was offline so it was confusing. I’ve tried to reconnect it and haven’t had success. Going to need to mess with it some more. The food and water petsnowy products are also great. They just also sometimes disconnect but reconnect much easier to the ...
