It’s been about 4 weeks but I’m starting to see results. Drinking at least 80 oz of water a day and I normally workout 5 days a week.

I have been using it for the past 2 weeks. Haven’t seen much difference however I feel great after each use. Less back pains

Easy to use, hopefully I'll see results soon. I do recommend including a user guide, there was nothing in the box on how to use it.

I use it every morning on various areas of my legs and stomach. I like the cream afterwards and then some exercise to keep the "burn" going.

Works well, love the timer. Great that it comes with an extension for larger people. Haven't used it enough to know how well it is working.

Very easy to use and appears to be working for tightening and reducing tummy and hip area. Wish I had it sooner.

Haven't seen any results yet but I'm only recently built up to an hour a day on my target area- my abdomen. This is a well made item, highly adjustable (size and power level), with a long breakaway power supply, which makes it convenient to use. You can feel it working- it gets warm, but not unpleasantly so. Fingers crossed it makes a difference!

It took longer than expected to get to me, but it looks and functions as advertised. My wife and I have been using it for over a week now, and we're following the instructions and documenting everything. We're waiting to see any results.

I love my belt for pain relief.I had ordered a cheaper brand earlier in the year and the difference is unbelievable in the heat I feel.I haven't noticed any loss of inches yet but am very pleased w/the belt.May have to order the adaptor so I can get up and move around w/it on.Thsnks so much.

I can definitely tell the difference in my stomach. It also helps for the lower part of my back. Absolutely love it.

I was so grateful to arrive home from vacation to find my product waiting for me! I had driven for over 3 hours that day! I put it on asap to find relief from back pain prior to going to sleep that night.

I started this journey on Dec 1st. I have used the belt every day since then. I have faithfully done the 10-15 minute on the treadmill at 4-4.5 miles per hour. I have watched my calories and kept carbs low. I have noticed little difference in my size. I am not overweight at 122bls and only want to reduce my midriff and stomachic area. I am not giving up yet but I hope to see considerably more decrease in size as time goes on.

Seems like a great device. Ive used it several times now, too soon to notice anything significant but I must say I feel less bloated after its use.

I really like this red light I like that it has two Mhz settings and 5 light settings. I am not sure yet if it is working on my belly area but I have been using it on my sore knee and it has helped relieve the pain there.

Have only used it a couple of times so far. I like the feel and the ease of using. Will update when I use it more.

The key will be to use it daily to make it a habit. It is comfortable and well made. I use my vibration plate afterwards.
