It’s very easy to use. It’s only been about 2 to 3 weeks of me using it so I’m not sure on the effects yet but I all I could say is it’s easy to use. I’m using it at least four times a week on level 4, 25 minutes minimum each time And I even have a belly button ring and I just put a little tissue paper on that area and everything is fine, so we’ll see I’ll give it another month.

I have only used it 2 times. I recently had gallbladder surgery and I have to wait a few weeks before I can use it again.

I love how it helps with muscle soreness as well. Great product I’m hoping it helps get rid of some of the excessive fat.

Love the product and so easy to use. Do nothing but let it work while watching a movie, it's as simple as that.

Arrived within a reasonable time. I stupidly put it on my skin on number 5 and got loads of little burns. My own fault. I now use it over clothes and I am seeing a difference in my belly. Will definitely persevere with it.

I love the belt. It’s just that I have not been able to use it consistently. I do believe I see a little difference, but perhaps more consistent use will produce a better result. I would buy again.

It is ok. I really don’t understand the levels and how to use it properly but that is on me. But I do like it my special needs son loves it.

I have been using it for a month. Every morning while I get ready - 20-30 mins everyday. I haven’t really noticed a change other than it keeps bloating down when I’m on my cycle. My stretch marks are still very visible and I have not lost any inches. If you put it in the highest setting, it WILL burn your skin. I’m giving a four because it is easy to use, and In long the length of the cord - and it definitely helps reduce bloating.

Very nice product but you can only use it when it is plugged into a wall socket so I need to buy a battery pack so it will have more mobility. Also it took a very long time from purchase to delivery. Nonetheless I approve of this product and have recommended it to others. Thank you.

Love it! It’s a little awkward trying to wrap it around my upper arms, which need toning, and to help with my flabby crepey arms, after weight loss.

I have noticed the inches drop off me with everyday use! Even when the scales aren't moving, the inches are!

I like the product. However, I have seen the same product way cheaper than what I purchased. I am so angry that I didn't purchase the cheaper belt. I could have saved over $50.00.

This product can be purchased on Amazon for a fraction of the price on Nomend’s website. Also, you will receive it within days from Amazon, rather than 3 weeks coming from Asia. I believe I am noticing a difference in the product.

It’s okay to used but sometimes it lives some burn marks in my skin but then not use it for few days. Though I’m using the non electric belt every night so it also helps re-shaping my waist.

always find if i have aches in my back etc and use it afterwards i do have relief and ease of movement

Ive lost a lot of weight so I don't think it's gonna get much firmer but I believe my waist has shrunk
