Ordered socks on December 11th so that they could arrive to be given as a Christmas gift I tried in vain to ask them to cancel the order when it seemed that the socks were clearly not going to arrive. My mails were unprofessionally ignored. Delivery took place on 27th and the gift recipient has flown to US for a long holiday. Do not buy from this company

Was great to receive product. Took 3 weeks to arrive and had some upset people commenting about no correspondence…… but happy that they arrived and i did get a response after they had arrived. I’m a bit disappointed. They are for a Christmas gift and the quality isn’t as good as I thought. Also the photo is quite blurry and you can’t really see it much until they are stretched out on a foot. Maybe the photo wasn’t close enough I’m not sure, but i did pick a very clear photo.

I try not to buy from any social media adverts as they are always very disappointing. For the price the socks look and feel cheap! I’ve seen tights that are thicker than these! Once on they stretch distorting the picture so u can’t distinguish whether it’s a photo of your beloved pet or a cartoon image! Delivery was fast, maxe it on Christmas Eve however, the print is not ok. I have a black dog with shades of brown. The photo I provided was very clear. Wheb you look at the socks, it looks like a cow since I got the socks in white or dalmation with big spots hahaha! It might turn out well if the dog is brown, I am not sure.

Christmas order was placed and dispatched in good time but sat at Yodel depot for 10 days and di. It arrive in time. Having charged for delivery, no refund offered despite non-delivery in time for Xmas. Overall experience of company spoilt by their choice of courier.

The delivery was quoted as 3-6 days however took over 3 weeks. This meant they did not arrive in time for Christmas. When I contacted to the seller it took a few days to receive a reply and even then the reply was a generic one and didn’t really tell me anything. The socks are ok, although the pink ones are more purple than pink. The photo comes up dark so make sure you select a bright photo!
