The picture came out well! The socks are fairly standard-low quality but that's to be expected, it's more about the picture than the socks. Interested to see how long they last, but it was a fun Xmas present and shipping was fairly quick (although a few days longer than the estimated timeframe).

Socks were exactly the item that was expected We love them! Thank you! The card apologizing for not making it before Christmas Day fell really flat. It was like a ‘sorry but not really sorry.’ I wouldn’t include it again - just makes you seem amateurish in your ability to produce your product.

Good quality socks hope they last as the cost is expensive. Ordered on 15 Dec with a delivery promise of 3 to 5 Days but failed to arrive before Christmas and delivered on 28th December

The shipping and tracking experience was a bit of a nightmare. Probably wont order again to be honest. The entire situation was mishandled and was given false information. Big headache at the holidays.

It’s a great idea and they looked good. I just thought the red was less vibrant than expected and the image was blurry on the socks. The blue may be a better contrast.

Great idea and pretty easy to do but uploaded one photo then it wouldn't upload the next one which I wanted to change too. The photo on the socks came out a little yellow..not ideal for a white dog. Would love to see different sizes available.

Decent product, however immediately after ordering I realised I had selected the wrong size and was told I could not amend or cancel the order even though we were within hours of the order having being placed. Poor customer service and a poor inflexible system in place.

Good socks although a little expensive. However, I realised I had ordered the wrong size immediately after ordering, emailed customer service and was told the order could not be cancelled or changed even one hour after ordering, due to the "automated system". Not a great fulfilment set up if you can’t cancel an order after immediately realising it is incorrect.
