This was a redo of the first order, which came out completely black and although I lightened up the picture significantly, it still just looks like little black faces. You can’t see the dog at all.

First pair of socks delivered to wrong address The second pair’s picture of our dog had a green tinge On both occasions Luna was slow to reply and I was told to apply from scratch online before they would issue a free replacement. Still haven’t heard back from my last email, over a week. Luna say it is not their policy to issue refunds.
