Used this for the first time today after deciding to upgrade from the 6'' bushwalker sluice. I was very impressed at the big step up in speed when used with the classification tray! I processed about 15 20L buckets of gravel bar material before cleaning it out ( couldve put more buckets down it but rain rolled through) and was impressed with the take. The sluice is awesome. It fits in my backpack and I just tested it out in the worst scenario, a dry creek with only a single puddle to work out of. Haha! I moved about 2 buckets of dirt before the water became too filthy, like a colloidal muck. But the sluice still worked a treat even just pouring sludgy water over it and it caught a 0.2g nugget and about 0.3g in specks! I obviously found a good spot. Absolutely loved it. Worked perfectly. Used in the river for 6 hours cleaning the mat out after every bucket and came home with a nice amount of gold. It works. The dream cell mat did shrink about half way through due to the temp of the water but is expected when dealing with urethane. Went back to size after a clean and dry out. Videos and pics dont do it justice. Its an awesome bit of gold prospecting equipment.

Haha that did not happen i tipped it into the wifes baking tray and started picking out bits of gold. :) picked out .4 gram just with tweezers, panned the rest on the weekend .
