To start off I am going to be candid.
The wait time was unexpected and rather annoying after the initial consideration. It would afford past, present and future customers a great deal of “peace of mind” to initially know these take time. Not everyone sees the Infomercials, or reads the website faqs or is apt at katana purchases. Just make it more transparent these are made to order and can take more than a month.

I love this sword it looks really cool, it's extremely sharp, but I had MANY issues with shipping. Firstly, when I ordered a week later you guys "took a break for end of year shipping", greatly delaying my order. Then my package did not even arrive on time at the scheduled date. On top of that, the scabbard arrived damaged as shown in the picture. Overall the sword looks amazing it but the shipping process was incredibly stressful

Edit-I received the katana. It is nice, it’s sharp! The fittings are tight. The saya fits the habaki nicely but the blade does wobble inside. Just an observation, it’s not like I’m carrying it around everywhere lol. I didn’t feel any movement in the handle. It pairs well with my other katana.

It was rough at 1rst. But when I finally received my custom Katana I was blown away on how beautiful yet deadly this Sword is. Although I was agitated on the tardiness I received my Katana you people made more than made up for it and threw in another at no charge, and now I feel poorly for my emails and comments. I'm happy, but still disappointed. The wood was chipped, and rough cut, where the Tsuka (handle) meets the Saya (scabbard). The Tsuka was also scuffed up. At least it was sharp.

The katana and the brocade box are amazing. The craftsmanship is amazing for an Iaito. It is obvious a lot of work went into this sword. The brocade box itself is an amazing work of art I highly recommend it.
We are still waiting to resolve an issue with them sending the wrong costume with the right katana, however I will review the outfit when they actually send it.
