Their website says you won’t be charged until it ships, I was charged in full. I have a contractor here putting down underpayment and no flooring to install. Very poor communication and customer service. The google reviews are decent because they promise free shipping at time of order in exchange for a good review.

Both cabinets arrived damaged and I did not discover the damage till I stained them. The beech wood is beautiful but the cabinets must have been dropped because the back bottom of one cabinet is damaged and the press board is broken and falling apart. I have not installed the cabinet since I need to repair it before I hang it. the other cabinet must have dropped on its corner so that the actual beech face has a big crack in it that will be viable when I install it. YIKES!
