Flooring was nice and matched the existing flooring, but WAY MORE EXPENSIVE than the original flooring. It was about 5x the original price and shipping was crazy high. Also, after purchasing online, they came back and asked for more money to complete the sale. Wouldn’t use them if I had any other choices.

Never got a reply until a week later. I was informed the tile was no longer available. They offered me a different color of tile. I requested that they refund my money. It has been over five weeks.
