The actual tile is great. A slight surface texture and color variation from tile to tile that really mimics actual slate pretty well. This is a very nice quality vinyl flooring. It’s fairly easy to install with the right tools, even for a diy project. Looks great! Hint! Make sure to measure and order the correct amount. We made a mistake and didn’t install it right away. Four months later we finally installed it but we were short and had trouble finding the same pattern. Lucky for us, Arbor had it and saved the day!
