I Love the sled. Easy to use. Transitioning between pull and pushing exercises are seemless. I use mine on the apshlat road. The plastic pads give the right.amount of resistance. It works for myself at 56 and my teenagers at 16.

It’s as good as advertised. For the price I’m not sure you’re going to find anything close to this in such a small foot print. Zero issues (I’m 175lb and feels very sturdy). Don’t sleep on the split squat mode, the roller pad is such a nice way to get those done. Will be getting the extension set later!

This is genuinely the best piece of gym equipment I have. I lean heavily towards a bunch of smartgym stuff normally (Oxefit, Peloton, Carol Bike), but got this to help with ATG/KOT style work, and have been loving this thing. The knobs are a bit scary at first, but it's pretty intuitive within a couple uses. Assembly takes like an hour, but is easy with the video/instructions. And it can do sooooo much. I use it daily with every workout now.

It was way more durable and stable than I expected. I've been using it nearly everyday and after the first few workouts, it has been very easy to adjust and learn how it works. It stands up in the corner of our basemeny gym and isn't in the way at all. Both my wife and I love it. I'm a Physical Therapist by trade and I've told every clinic in our company that we should think about purchasing these for our higher level patients. Highly recommend.
