I had a minor issue during the last step of assembly where the screw holes on the footplate did not match the screw size. Customer service was excellent in their response. I love the nordic mini! I've used a long piece of wood and straps for a while but it doesn't compare the engagement you can get with this machine with the pads and foot plate. Being able to push through the toes on the foot plagr and also do regressions with something like the ab wheel has been great. I thought, "straps are fine," but I wasn't progressing all that much. Take the jump and get this if you're on the fence. Good value for the money.

Just a few minutes on the Nordic Hyper and my back feels 20 years younger! Using only my body weight i can go thru a few reverse incline moves and I feel great!
