Trying to do nordics with a barbell or even partners has always been difficult, but the GHD Hyper Extension offers so much more. I love this machine and I’m so excited I bought three of them! Really good product. I was surprised on how heavy the package was when it arrived. Made out of solid materials this equipment will last a lifetime. I have used it and it’s very steady, can perform Nordic curles with the proper amount of support in your feet and knees allowing to focus on the right muscle groups. It’s also easy to move around with the wheels it has. The only minus was the assembly as it was very time consuming

Received it a week ago.....assembled it easily and used it immediately. It took a little bit to become familiar with how to move pin system to move the machine to proper settings to go between Nordics, GHD, Bulgarian squat, reverse hypers, sit-ups. Once you do it regularly, it really becomes second nature. I really like the fact that it stores so easily and doesn't take up a lot of space. Great engineering!

Really well built piece of equipment. Seems a touch wider than most slant boards which is nice cause not everyone wants to feel forced to narrow squat when you’re on a board like this one. The grip texture on it is also rock solid. Would absolutely repurchase in the future if a second one was needed.

For a tib bar which should be reasonably straight forward I have used some very bad ones. This how ever is a fantastic product, pads placed correctly so no upper foot pain whilst using. The bar fits great a no plate slippage when the weight gets heavy. Also so over built, strong as an ox, I recon you could run it over with a tank and you would still be able to use it.

It's a solid piece of equipment. I cut a piece of black rubber hose, sliced it lengthwise and put in over the round piece under the heel in case I step with it before adding weights.

I love this unit and wind up using it for 3 of my 4 workout split days (legs, pull and core). The quality is good and versatility is really the major selling point. I'm really glad I took the chance to buy this. The only minor knock is that there are a few dangerous pinch points that may not be obvious until you get used to switching between modes. I very nearly had the whole weight of the unit drop on my hand after pulling the wrong knob. A few stickers with warnings might be helpful to solve...

A review is on Trust Pilot. The equipment is nice except for the strap which is hard to put on. An adjustable clamp may be better. I also want COLOR. See the micro plates? They rock. They add energy to my workout. You can put color somewhere.

I just received my freak athlete bundle of the Tri-Flexor and the Reverse Squat Strap. Both products have exceeded my expectations. I particularly enjoy the ability to do loaded ankle rotations with the Tri-Flexor. Assembly is pretty straightforward. Holes line up well and hardware is good quality. Completed unit is solid and works well. Wheels are noticeably cheap and I have some concerns about the longevity of the knee pad but the steel parts seem really solid. It “weighs more than it costs” if you know what I mean. At this price point, I don’t hesitate to recommend it.
