I am a 57 year old woman, started working out 3 years ago. I took out the bar under the Tiki Hut and turned into my workout area. Started out small then grew. My trainer suggested the Nordic Hyper to my to add to my gym. How I love to hate it 🤣. As any good equipment if its to easy your taking the easy route. This machine is challenging me greatly! I can’t wait to receive the Leg Attachment. The Nordic Hyper was a great investment.

The Nordic Mini is well buiult and easy to construct, I casually out it together in about 45 minutes. Although it is a niche piece of equipment, it allows you to do the exercise well and my hamstrings are definitely feeling it. I've really enjoyed both the prodcuts and brainding from Freak Athlete, can't wait to see what they have to deliver to us next!

Love the combination of these pieces of equipment. The triflexor has been great for single leg tib work and hip flexor training. My tib bar came in with the weight horn a little to big for my weight plates but Freak Athlete was quick to respond and send out a replacement. The wedges feel very sturdy and have been great to use. On some plastic surfaces they can slide a little but they more then make up for that with the many different ways they can be used.

The best customer service I've ever recieved. I had a surprise move and they were super responsive with all my emails to make sure the shipping was paused and then reinvoked to the new address after I moved. Months after I recieved the bench, I finally was able to put it together and found a defect; despite it being months since I originally purchased, they were still responsive and helpful to get me a replacement part. The Nordic Hyper is a solid piece of equipment so far. I'm enjoying it.

I ordered from overseas and customer service is superb and very accomodating. The product (slant block wedge) itself is as great as I was hoping for, great quality, stability, no smell at all, easy to carry around, they are heavier than they look, but that adds to the stability which is fantastic. I’m 6’ 10” tall. There are certain things that cant be done at my height, like reverse hypers. Also 90 degree back extensions put my face a little too close to comfort to the ground. Decline situps dont feel great either as I am very long legged even for my height and the pad could probably be extended out about another two inches for me. The Nordic Hyper is great. Took me a few minutes to get used to the adjustments for the different exercises, but really liking it. Seems solid. The assembly is a little frustrating in that the bolts aren't labeled in terms of which ones go in which spot. Takes some trial and error. I had the original one, and bought this v3.0 one since it has extra padding that my original didn't. Both are great. The new one is less likely to leave marks on your skin after use with heavy weights due to the padding. You can also train tibialis just with kettlebells (single-leg), you don't actually really need this, but it's a useful tool if you want to train both legs at once.

Really good product. I was surprised on how heavy the package was when it arrived. Made out of solid materials this equipment will last a lifetime. I have used it and it’s very steady, can perform Nordic curles with the proper amount of support in your feet and knees allowing to focus on the right muscle groups. It’s also easy to move around with the wheels it has. The only minus was the assembly as it was very time consuming
