I love how sturdy this bench is. I only had it for a few couple of weeks, but I enjoy doing the nordic hamstring curls. Its a challenge as I can only do it at 25 degree angle now. My goal is to get to 0 degree angle within a year! Being able to do other exercises - especially GHD and regular sit-up - on the bench is the reason why I got the nordic hyper GHD instead of the nordic mimi.

Watched a ton of reviews before purchasing. Will say that it does make it feel as if I have a commercial gym at home, for a variety of different exercises. My favorite are the back extensions (love that I can go full horizontal), and the nordic curl (still working on this, so love that I can angle this for progression). Excited to have a steep situp bench as well. It's built solidly, easy to put together. So far so good!

Everything is as described on the website. Great product and I would recommend it. The only problem I had was in unboxing this product. It was wrapped with plastic binding and those bindings were wrapped with tape. When removing this packing I sliced it into the main pad. I now have a 2-inch cut in my main pad. If that pad was flipped over or had a piece of styrofoam been added, this would not have happened.

This is a very useful piece of equipment. I bought one for the gym we have in our office. We have had it for a few weeks now and I have used most of the functions, with heavy emphasis on Nordic curl regressions. It takes some time repetitions with it to understand how to adjust it to the different configurations.
