To whoever is reading this: I absolutely love this piece of equipment! However the knobs below are confusing. Is there any way you can color match the knob to the existing collar that it moves? At the end of every black square piece you have a silver piece that slides inside of it, between them you already have a black collar. Can you change those so they match the knobs?

As a 5'9" 260lb man I didn't think this equipment fundamentally or the pad accessories will be able to support me completely. I'm happy to admit that I'm glad I bought it all. Although you can do reverse hyper well enough without the padding, having that extra hip padding made reverse hypers much more full range and comfortable. The entire setup is solid and stable. I like seeing the result of my investment through the quality execution of the build.

It’s a great little machine but one part of the assembly was an absolute pain. Putting the large washers on the ends of the leg rollers. I am not looking forward to when my leg developer comes in. I mean… I am but i don’t want to put it together! On the final washer, it was damn near impossible to compress the roller enough to get the washer to screw in while simultaneously lining up the washer to the hole. Slightly longer screws on the washer would go a long way if that’s possible

The GHD pad allows the use of higher rep GHD movements for training the hamstrings.
