Very compact piece for my small homegym. Easy to move around. Great piece to train my posterior chain. It was always a part of my training that i was not able to do but now i am able to intergrate it. It takes a little time to get used to adjusting but once you use it for a bit then you do not even think about it. Adjusts for me and my wife in no time No regrets getting this piece

The functionality is ridiculous! So many movements in such a compact piece of equipment. You can tell the product design and engineering was purposeful. The assembly video guide was awesome, made the build pretty easy…so. much. tightening. Nordic curls, various back extensions, and reverse hypers are great on this. GHD are a bit awkward without that attachment pad, not sure if GHDs are annoying enough to buy it. Overall very impressed with quality and durability so far!

Love this thing. Incredibly versatile and compact. My garage gym isn’t the biggest, but the vertical storage dispels any worry of a lack of space. They really outdid themselves with this thing. Really awesome sled. I use it for myself (42 year old, very good shape and condition) for extra work at home. I also use it for my son and his friends (10 year olds). It’s very solid and we absolutely love how it takes only seconds to go from push, to drag, to wheelbarrow. I do a mile at a time and alternate every 1/4 mile.

The functionality of the regressed and progressed Nordic board is worth the total cost of the piece by itself in my opinion, but the fact that it adds in both a 45° and 90° back extension makes this an incredible value. If you want more bulletproof knees, hamstrings, and low back then this is a no brainer I don’t think there’s another piece of equipment that can match this in terms of having all these functions and maintaining quality and sturdiness. So far so good! Cant wait to use this more once the GHD pads come in. Reverse hyper felt stable and amazing. Abs also felt great. Going to do hamstring curls tomorrow on it to test. This was super easy to put together and came with all necessary tools and instructions. It came slightly assembled so it wasn’t TONS of pieces to put together. So far this is sturdy and works just as I had hoped. It also folds up and stands up nicely which is a huge plus for our very small garage gym space.

I’m using this to strengthen my posterior chain and really target/isolate my hamstrings. After 1 use my hamstrings were sore for 4 days… so far I love it. Not the best for hyper/reverse hyper, unless you’re shorter than 5’8”… but that’s my experience, I could be using it wrong.
