I need to change the colour of my canvas trainers and the fabric paint worked a treat. It made it easy to do and was much easier than having to use a fabric dye

Couldn’t believe how easy this was!! Completely transformed my bed into this beautiful dark lush green, which was so easy to do!! I used 3 bottles, spraying the fabric with water first, working on a section at a time, painting and then brushing over with the soft bristle brush - it only took one coat to achieve this gorgeous rich colour!! Super happy!! Would recommend!!

Great product. This has helped me breathe new life into our kitchen chairs, they look much smarter now. Easy to use, plus water soluble so not that smelly and easy to clean brush.

I have photos too but cannot sure both. Really happy to have found this solution for my couch. Any tint would not work. I’m very happy about the colour and feel after applying a couple of layers of paint. Only remark: I used 2,5L for a 2 seater couch while I was expecting to use a bit less

Just great! Unfortunately, my photography skills does not make justice for the excellent quality. I used it to refresh my Supra's interior and frankly I saved a lot of money. At the beginning l was sceptical that it might not cover well or even worse than it might ruin the whole carpet but it did great. Money spent well. Pro tip, preparation is key when it comes to having great results. Please follow these steps if you want to restore your beloved car: 1. Clean your carpet well. I mean to no...

I used Fabricoat Dark Grey to transform our red sofas to grey. It took 2 coats to ensure the red did not show through. The secret was also to let the first coat dry completely before applying the second. We love the new look and can’t wait to show it off to our family and friends.

Wasn’t sure this was going to work but thought I’d give it a try before I went down the recovering route. Wow so glad I did. Remarkable results and brushes well worth it. Followed instructions and coverage guide which was very helpful have excess left over for any touchups I may need to do in the future. Very pleased feels like a new pouffee no one can believe I painted it. Gives your arms a good workout too! Fabulous colour

My daughter wanted a new bed as she didn’t like her silver grey crushed velour one anymore. Thank you Fabricoat as now she has one. Easy to apply. I did do 3 coats as we wanted a deeper darker shade.

Really great product. I used it for changing a cream carpet which was looking a bit tired. There are a few slightly lighter patches but that was because those area of carpet were more worn than the rest, I’d recommend doing 2 coats if your carpet is the same. By the time my furniture was back in, it looked like a new carpet! Will definitely be getting more for my stairs and landing.

Fantastic ! Used this mixed with the gunmetal grey on 30 year old car seats which were seriously sun bleached. Some areas needed 3 coats and others only 1 and I was worried about obtaining a uniform colour but I think it looks amazing.Fabric is still soft to touch and there's no smell

We had a very shabby french style sofa (badly abused by a lodger). After attempting to clean it up we realised it needed more attention. Fabricoat was the answer! Two coats of Raspberry did the trick plus reupholstered seat cushions and three new cushions for the back. We’re really pleased with the result.

I have used a 500ml bottle of Blue Fabricoat on this chair, which was a cream colour. The paint goes on easily and goes a long way. Unfortunately there is not enough paint as it has dried patchy so I will be ordering some more!

It took a lot more paint than I anticipated. 5 large bottles in all. I regretted it as soon as I started but I knew I had to carry on. Despite the cost and the amount of coats it needed (6) I’m glad I’ve done it now. It looks amazing.

Was so impressed by other reviews I took the risk on painting our old sun faded ottoman bed head and frame myself! The perfectionist in me says this needs another coat, but as a first coat it is great - took 4 hours approx to do it all. A spray bottle is essential to moisten the areas as you go, super happy with the result! Also have 4 dining room chairs, an IKEA wingback chair and foot stall to do next! Great products

Moving house the last thing we want to do is buy a new carpet but the bleach from cleaning the toilet made the room look awful! Only using half a bottle of green magic and a brush & this was the result, it looks like a new carpet! Almost an exact match I watered it down to help absorbtion and it blended in wonderfully. Renovation complete in one day at a fraction of the cost. Fantastic product ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So pleased with the final finish. It went on really easily, very smooth and not all blotchy. Overall finish is great, a little sheen in places but a good deep coverage overall.

I wanted to freshen up my decor by replacing grey with colour and could not be happier with the results! My sofa looks like it was always that colour and application is super easy. I picked the raspberry shade although being a mid grey base the colour of the final result is more muted than the paint in the bottle but I am over the moon with how my sofa looks.

This was our sun faded ottoman bed from Loaf. It needed some help to bring it back to its former glory. I bought 2.5 L as suggested and I used pretty much all of it. It’s very easy to use and does exactly what it’s says on the tin (omg, did I just say that, everyone says that on Screwfix reviews 🙄 ). Anywho, yes it worked for me, took two coats but it faultless. Looks amazing, extremely happy the product and finish. I would definitely consider using again and would recommend.

Very pleased with the FINAL results of the two identical large 2 seater sofas. They were light cream and still quite new (from M&S) l used 9 litres of blue (twice as much as l thought) The blue is a great colour, the photos don't do it justice. The fabric is a dense linen which needed a lot of paint. I bought the paint brush and brush combination pack which were useless, instead I used a short stubby brush to get the paint into all the fibres and then worked it in with a bristle brush which was ...

Oh wow! The results are amazing. This product was so easy to use, simple, fundamental instructions to follow...I did and voilà; a completely new colour. A lovely injection of raspberry to break up the white in the bedroom. I am already looking for other items to 'paint'. Such a small amount can go so far and create such magic......Thank you.

I used dark green paint to revitalise my green corduroy Mamas & Papas pram. I didn't take before pics of the hood, but it was very faded and yellowing. The white inside the hood was also yellowing, so I painted that green too. I did one coat of paint on the hood, using the brush bundle. The small brush kept the pile from flattening. The inside took three coats, but now looks amazing. It only took one bottle of paint, and I had bought two in anticipation. I would definitely recommend using...

This was a very, very old chair we had recovered almost 30 years ago. We took a risk knowing the recovered cherry/cranberry color might be too hard to hide and overcome with the fabricoat burnt orange paint. We have some weird splotches, and it still hasn't been a full 7 days of curing yet. But compared to the $500+ it was going to cost to recover it, this was worth it for a chair we were moving to the bedroom for my husband to throw his clothes on. It matches nicely with my new rug which was th...

I used 2.5 litres on my footstool and recliner, with none to spare. I'm pleased with the overall effect but it was quite a laborious process and took quite a while to dry. Has a slightly crunchy feel to it but that could be use error! Lovely colour.

Our sofa was impossible to wash because of the cushion buttons and we were going to replace it. Then I saw Fabricoat on Facebook and thought I'd give it a try. The purple is a great colour and covered the original blue well. Some areas needed two coats but it was easy to apply. And it saved me buying a new sofa!

I wanted to bring a bit of the greenery of the garden indoors so I used Olive Green to update an old grey sofa that had been left in the house when we moved in. I only applied one coat and a couple of days later it looks amazing! Love the colour and the finish!

I can’t say enough how pleased I am with this fabric paint. I bought the 500ml and it was more than enough to do this chair. It’s imperative you add water to the paint if you want to get a good bang for your buck. I used a regular tea/coffee mug , poured some of the paint in a quarter of the way up, added another quarter cup of water and mixed. It doesn’t take away from the potency of the colour, did what it needed to do and then some. Left for 48 hours to ensure was thoroughly dry, although it...

I used the dark green to cover 6 dining room chairs. 2 coats were needed for full coverage (if it looks patchy in the photo that’s the ceiling light shining on it). I ordered 5L and have 250ml left which I can use for any mishaps in the future. Product was easy to use and I’m well chuffed with the results

Easy to use. Needed two coats because of the texture of the chair. I used it on a chair I’ve bought in a charity shop which I thoroughly cleaned before painting. I got a recycled chair in the colour I liked for a fraction of the price of buying new.

This hand chair was so stained and dirty. Even after a professional stream clean. Recovering was too expensive so I tried your product as a last resort! Wow! It took me 2 hours to apply one coat and it looks like a new chair!! Very very happy with the results, I'll probably give it a second coat just to finish it off.

Coverage wasn't as bad as some people say! I watered it down too much to start with, but did find mixing with water instead of spraying the fabric worked better (on velvet). The chairs were a light pink before and the new colour is lovely.

This is a great product for the fabric I have, it’s a non pile cotton chair so difficult to clean. Quotes for recovering were £230+ I have painted 3 chairs and used 2.5 bottles of paint. Therefore costing around £10 per chair. It’s time consuming, but definitely worth it for the cost per chair.

I painted two grey chairs with the olive green. They did need two coats but I am happy with the results. Fabricoat has great customer care. The first order I was mistakenly sent the wrong order but they corrected it without making a fuss which is rare these days. Would definitely recommend.

I had some mismatched furniture, using the fabricoat paint brought it all together. I would say if doing small areas, like buttons, it’s not worth brushing in between as I found I got marks on upholstery that I wasn’t painting. Otherwise it was a very easy process.

Delighted with this product! I was going to get rid of this armchair as I hated the colour but I liked the shape of the chair. I googled, ‘how to dye a chair’ and Fabricoat came up and I was impressed with the reviews so decided to have a go and I’m so glad that I did! It was easy to apply and I took me a few hours per coat. I applied two coats and used x2 500ml. 500ml is enough for one coat but I’m glad I bought the extra bottle for the second coat, even though I have got probably a third of a...
