I would like show you before and after, but I wasn’t able to add the before photo. This chair fabric was cream. The fabric paint went on easily and was easy to clean up as well. Definitely recommend this product.

I didn’t take a before photo, I wish i had but did take some during photos. I have a crushed grey velvet bed and this paint is amazing. I used 2.5lts; 2 coats and it covered beautifully and so easy to use. I didn’t brush it as I wasn’t concerned about it being ‘stiff’ and it is a bit but i absolutely love how tit turned out. Would definitely recommend

I had to order more product because the pile on my couch is very thick. The amount of product didn't cover any of the back side of the couch. I ordered more product directly from the manufacturer in Britain as it was less expensive than ordering 5-500ml bottles from Amazon. And, with Trump and Tariffs happening, I'd rather support Britain. I will be using some of the order I just received to do the back of my couch and my 2-seater sofa.

I previously painted the footstool from cream to light grey as an experiment before painting the sofa ( see review in March). I’m pleased with the results with the sofa. The material is stiffer despite brushing but the paint went on easier this time as I learnt from last time to really ensure good coverage with the first coat and then the second coat didn’t need as much paint.

I ordered 2.5 l (5 bottles) for this big job and I still have 1 bottle left unopened. (Painted the lamp shade too) This is 2 coats on, covered only where we can see it, didnt paint the fabric under the headrest or at the back of the sofa etc. I read reviews before starting where someone said that to mix the paint with water is actually better than water spaying the sofa first. I thought I would try this method first and this is how I’ve done it all, probably this is why I used only 4 bottles as ...

I had some mismatched furniture, using the fabricoat paint brought it all together. I would say if doing small areas, like buttons, it’s not worth brushing in between as I found I got marks on upholstery that I wasn’t painting. Otherwise it was a very easy process.

Delighted with this product! I was going to get rid of this armchair as I hated the colour but I liked the shape of the chair. I googled, ‘how to dye a chair’ and Fabricoat came up and I was impressed with the reviews so decided to have a go and I’m so glad that I did! It was easy to apply and I took me a few hours per coat. I applied two coats and used x2 500ml. 500ml is enough for one coat but I’m glad I bought the extra bottle for the second coat, even though I have got probably a third of a...

I was concerned my old swivel chair that I loved wouldn't match my new blue sofa. My husband suggested Fabricoat as he had seen it online. I was sceptical but agreed to give it a go. Wow! I am so impressed by the coverage and the colour match to my new sofa. Would highly recommend 👌

I picked a big project to paint, a Sectional with a pastel colored design. I mixed 4 different colors to cover a woven pastel fabric. I used 3 coats of 12x68 fluid oz. paint for a sectional. An additional coat is needed for the cushions, but I really like the change! It was easy to use...I gave the fabric a good misting before appying the paint to help the paint absorb. It's pricey to cover upholstery fabic but I'll use the product again.

I am sooooo impressed!!! This is amazing and the end result is so good you would never know it’s been painted! The coverage quoted is a bit off the mark, to get an even finish you will need more than it says on the website! But still I am super happy and will definitely be purchasing more immediately

Lovely paint to work with.I had some tired looking dining table chairs what needed recovering to match my up cycling table project.it worked out easier and cheaper to buy your fabric dye so I gave it a go and as you can see it didn’t disappoint very happy with the result. One tip I did find was instead of spraying the fabric I actually went over with a wet cloth first to get the chair quite damp and this proved to make the paint spread better and go further. Fabulous product and will definitely ...

The paint covered really well and I now have 5 grey lampshades which match the colour scheme of the room at a fraction of the cost of replacing them :) I would highly recommend Fabricoat Fabric Paint. I had never done anything like this before, so just be brave :) I am very happy with the result.

I have never painted fabric before and I was sceptical. Seeing the amazing results from other customers made me want to give it a go. I am so pleased with the results. An old lamp of my late mothers brought back to life for next to nothing. My husband is not going to be happy, I'll be finding more things to paint now 🤣

Absolutely love this! It worked so well. I feel like it acts more like dye than paint. I was a little skeptical when it was still wet but then once it dried I loved it! I got these chairs off Facebook marketplace and they were originally a weird purple. Now they’re a perfect rust orange and match my other two thrifted chairs.

The website gave clear instructions and guidance how to use and paint your chosen item. I did, however need to order a second 250 ml bottle which I wasn’t anticipating, but it probably varies depending on the fabric that you are covering. Overall, I am really happy with the result.

Ambitious project of dying a mouse and water damaged (formerly cream coloured)canvas parasol 2.5 x 3.5ms! Product does exactly as promised. Outside the weather got too sunny so was drying too fast before application so waiting for a cooler day to finish off and where I can stretch it out better.

Painted a cream lampshade with the green fabric paint and it came up fab! Even when lit up, there are no streaks. Saved me a small fortune not having to buy a new shade. Had enough left to change a small bathroom unit from pink to green too and it looks brand new! Love it!

Excellent paint. Love the colour and it did really well to cover the colours on the original fabric. You need to do two coats - as recommended - to get this level of result. So chuffed with the finish - fabrilous!!! 😂

Bed (headboard, frame and side tables) all covered in fabric that had faded and had a few stains and was looking very lack lustre. Tried all sorts of cleaners to bring it back but only made it worse. Then tried Fabric paint, and you could see the difference immediately (see photo)! Definitely helped brushing it with the brush supplied to get dust out of fabric first, and wiping over with quite a damp cloth just before you do each section helped paint flow into the fabric evenly. Had to give it a...

Very nervous about using this product on our pub furniture, however i was pleasantly surprised. It was really easy to apply, using the fabricate paint push and a soft deck brush to make sure it was evenly spread. It took a little longer to dry, we left the area for 48 hours before we allowed any bottoms on it. The green is a warm colour and matches perfectly. Thorough recommendation for this product.

This changed an unloved set (couldn’t give it away) into something I love! The chair is shown following first and second coat. I really like how the pattern still comes through a bit. Going to try leather paint for my stools next! I highly recommend this product!

Best ever product!!!!! I mixed 4 colors white, yellow, brown and dark gray to paint a sectional, woven fabric. ( See photo) The original fabric was a tired pastel weave as in the pictured back pillow. Theres always a shadow of whatever print is on the original fabric but in my case it worked out ok. 2 or 3 solid coats of Fabricpaint does the job. I actually spent enough on the paint to buy a sofa or loveseat but my furniture was very well built, with quality fabric, so I'm happy I painted the...

Big change in colour, wanted a statement piece in my newly decorated front room. Took 2 coats to cover fully. I needed almost 4 bottles to cover it twice, guess it's the material, was super absorbent. It's not perfect but it's my first attempt at doing anything like this so I'm really pleased with the outcome. Great colour. I bought the blue and it has a teal undertone to it which is exactly what I wanted.

I had a chair that was only 8 years old but the fabric had faded in certain area's it was also quite light in colour so showed dirty marks easily. I was going to get rid of the chair but the cost of replacing it or having it recovered was not an option as I was moving house and money was tight. I moved house and so decided to give fabricote a try. It was a beautiful paint to work with BUT !!!! It took 3 x more paint and 3 x more work to get desired look. I'm very happy with the result. I brought this paint to make a boring/cheap roller blind a bit more interesting and put my own stamp on it. It worked like a dream, I used frog tape to give me really clean lines and after drying for 2 hours it was ready to roll up and hang. The colour is exactly what I expected from the pictures on the website. I would really recommend this and would use again. 10/10!

I had two bar stools in pale grey sat I my kitchen area. They picked up every splash and marked very easy. Ready for the tip I thought, then I tried Fabricoat nothing to loose. Two stools one 500ml bottle two coats and perhaps just a little touch up, a small amount left. Perfect coverage. The Fabric on the stools was very flat weave with no pile. Fabricoat hasn’t changed the feel of the Fabric. I have since purchased a further bottle and used this on my out door cushions, another good result.

Following some research I chose to use Fabricoat maroon to bring the tonneau cover and associated parts back to an original colour on my 1980 car, that I’m restoring. The carpet type finish had sun-faded to an orangey brown from its original red wine colour, so maroon seemed the obvious colour choice. Admittedly a little sceptical about coverage and durability, the ease of application and final result was beyond expectations and I’m very pleased, Fabricoat has really made a big improvement to th...
