My son in law bakes each week and I ordered this for him for Christmas. It just arrived 1/15/25 but he was happy to wait. When he first tried out the knife he felt it was off target the way he had to hold it until we realized he need to switch the blade for a lefty. Then, everything worked beautifully.

The shipping time was waaaaay too long. It was very close to ridiculous and I was not happy. When it finally arrived we opened it and used it on our freshly baked bread. It’s a very nice knife. My suggestion is to be clear to people that shipping time will be 6-8 weeks. Nice product…very disappointing service.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my dad who has Rheumatoid Arthritis. He absolutely loves it. The 90 degree angle makes it so much easier and less painful for him to use. He is left handed and changing the blade around was a breeze. He reckons he cuts bread straighter now... Although I think that bit is still up for debate! I would recommend to anyone with arthritis!

Knife is sharp, sturdy, and great to use on sourdough bread. Same for the dough scraper. My only complaint is that it took nearly 30 days to arrive and the tracking system was not very good. It was a gift for my son’s family and they really like both items.

These are SO handy - had one before from elsewhere which was narrower. Love that this has a larger gap. Don't like the blade cover so much as it is fiddly and difficult to cover the blade. My previous one has a magnetic cover which is one sided and sufficient.

The bread knife is nice. I do wish I could choose different sizes for the slice size though. If you buy any Earthy Bliss products be aware they are coming from far, far away, (another continent)therefore you should give yourself a good month to receive it. Mine was a Christmas gift, that I ordered in the first week of Dec, and didn't receive until well after Christmas. I doubt I will order other Earthy Bliss products.
