I think the best thing I can say about the knife as the only left handed user in the family is although the knife can be changed to cut left handed, I can actually use it right handed as it cuts so smoothly without the need for any great dexterity. It’s a really good knife and looks neat to. Try and keep the blade protector and the box it’s delivered in as it’s super sharp.

I really like it. It’s very sharp and I really like the simplicity of it. It’s too bad you can’t have a guide so you can adjust how thick a slice you want. Maybe that’s something you’re looking into already. I will say tho, it did take a while to get it after ordering. Faster shipping seems needed. It took so long, I thot I got ripped off on a scam but it arrived, actually all three as I ordered three so we could give two friends one each.
