I like the knife but I’m left handed and couldn’t work it very well. My husband turned the blade around and it worked perfectly. I think the metal could be somewhat stronger as it flexes quite a bit but I found it pretty good mostly!

When I bought my knife , Inalsonbought one for a friend of mine who makes sour dough bread all the time! If you’ve ever made this bread, you know it’s tricky to Cut but this knife went through it like it’s butter! The only thing I’d like is if the blade were adjustable ! But I think this knife could cut through steel!!! 😂😂

Yeah it took a little longer to arrive than expected but it was worth the wait. Went on a limb with an Instagram ad wasn’t holding much hope but wow this is a game changer. Can cut straight even slices and no more squished loaves. Great that I can buy replacement blades too. Be careful this knife is super sharp as my thumb will tell you. (Keep the guard on when not in use)

It was a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it.
