I love fresh bread. I love baking bread - but I have always been rubbish at slicing fresh bread. You know how it goes, raggedy slice is thick on one side, thin to non existent on another. Absolutely useless for sandwiches, or to chuck in the toaster ~ but not any more! This is amazing! I absolutely love it. I can cut beautifully even slices every time. Thick, or wafer thin. It’s so easy! (It’s also extremely sharp, I cut my finger taking the guard off the blade, so be careful.)
