We traveled for Christmas and were not able to give these to my daughters during our Christmas Day celebration. Instead I had to give them to them separately, the following week. Also, both of the replacement blades were in one of the boxed knives. Had I known this I would have opened the boxes to make sure both daughters received the replacements blades. I bought this on a whim. But… I love it. I do struggle cutting bread as I suffer with carpel tunnel. Which makes grilling a knife quite difficult sometimes. But this was a dream.
