Bought it because whenever I bake a loaf it’s impossible to slice the second half. Always falls apart. Fascinating product!! I saw the ad, and decided to take a risk. Cutting my sourdough with an ordinary knife, especially if warm, was such a poor experience I was mostly reduced to eating it by tearing off chunks. With this tool, I have now successfully made sandwiches!! An interesting sandwich on home made sourdough is a wonderful treat.
