I’m new to the sourdough world and saw this knife on Tik Tok and decided to try it out. I would say that this is one of my bests purchases for my kitchen. We used the knife two nights ago to cut into a loaf and my husband fell in love with it.

It works exactly as described I’ve been able to easily cut a loaf of sourdough into thin slices, as well as crusty bread. Oh my how did I slice sourdough bread before finding this knife??!! It is simply amazing! Even the best serrated knife doesn't hold a candle to this knife! I love that I can slice thin slices for sandwiches or thicker for Texas toast. Awesome product!!

It's great and the concept is great. However my husband added a wood piece to make the slices less thick. A 2 inch slice is too thick for everyday use.

My husband bakes sourdough bread , a loaf a day for a week which I slice and freeze . This really used to be a bit of a chore as real sour dough is quite hard to slice evenly. Not any longer! Bought one for my granddaughter who bakes her own bread, so I got one for myself as well. I don’t bake but I love what others bake. It slices hard crusty loaves beautifully and produces very few crumbs unlike typical “bread knives”. So glad I have it & know the granddaughter will love it as well.
