Very disappointed in the length of time it took to arrive when it came from Newsrk DE. The packaging was ripped, there was no informational brochure in the package! When i faxed my frustration through my multiple texts they responded that it should be in the box and i could download it! The knife itself appears good but the packaging, marketing customer service is lacking!
