Extremely sharp knife(cut myself twice in the 1st 24hrs). So be careful. Wrapped it in a towel to store, so wouldn’t accidentally touch the blade. Cuts through crusty bread easily. Cuts stale bread easily. The only negative is that you are limited to the width you can cut. We are enjoying the knife, cautiously. 😊
