It was a little strange to use at first. I can only use it on my first two slots on my bread slicer, but works great when used on cutting board. Ireally like the shape of the handle, and the blade is really sharp. Cutting fresh bread is easy and you dont squish it.

The knife is easy to use. I do have a bread knife but my husband sometimes said it was hard to gauge the thickness of each slice evenly. I make bread every other week. I think this knife helps to gauge an even thickness. It is very comfortable to hold and is sharp. 🙂

It took quite a while to get the knives, but once received they worked beautifully….just as described. I gave one to my sister, who is left handed, so we unscrewed the blade (carefully, as it was very sharp) and flipped it around so she could use it with her (primary) left hand.
