Honestly, for me this was a game changer. I am the family bread maker and sandwich bread is my weekly bread. I bake at least 6 loaves a week for my house and my sons. The only thing I would suggest is that you put some type of covering over the blades. I ordered 2 extra blades and when I took them out of the packaging I sliced open the tip of my finger.

Great bread knife. It was easy to work out how to adapt it for my left handed wife, but from comments on your Facebook ads, some people are annoyed left handers can't use it easily. Maybe add a note to flip the blade if you're left handed?

Love this knife. Right handed, broke wrist a few years back. Make sour dough often. Had so much problems with a bread knife that I bought a cheap electric knife from KMart.
