I had to take pieces apart because it doesn’t explain that the grids need to be turned for some areas and fails to explain some other items. It took my boyfriend and I several hours to put it together because we had to keep doing things over again.

Disappointing: I assumed the base was plastic; however, it just seems like heavy cardboard. Guinea pigs have already eaten several spots in the material. Very disappointing for the price! The layout of the cage is good, just disappointed in the material used. 😢

Slightly disappointed. I’ve bought multiple fleece liners in the past and was so excited to receive the new pumpkin loft and fleece liner for our piggies. However, it is ALOT thinner than our previous fluffy fleece liners. Noticed that the overall appearance is much cheaper, such as the stitching is already loose, and I paid $160 for the 5 foot liner and loft combined. Sad to say I won’t be ordering another set if this is the way the liners are now designed.

The size is decent by all means, but the tray isn't very stable. Also, the tray is too low keep the guinea pig feces in, and not out on the floor- as it is indeed an on floor cage, but still.
