I was very frustrated with the customer service I received. My initial order was placed mid December, but the delivery didn't have all of the items purchased. The cage and set up went well. The company didn’t send me all the nibble guards that were supposed to come with the cage. I tried contacting the company about the problem and they pretty much said too bad! The customer service was awful and I felt like they just didn’t care to help with that. I have had my C&C cage for almost a year now and I am not super thrilled with it. I got the model without the loft and paid $245.80 for it. It was extremely difficult to put together, even following the video instructions. the pieces do not snap together easily and some of them wouldn’t go all the way in no matter how hard I tried. I got the 5x2 cage with loft and the cow print liners. My pigs love the new layout. It was easy to assemble, but I did have to get some extra zip-ties to make sure it's secure since the grids pop out of the connectors easily. The liners are very soft and plush and I've caught both pigs just laying down for naps all over rather than going into their lil cozy burrows.
