I was so excited to receive my sculpt touch waist trainer, I’ve gained so much weight in my mid section and was struggling to get it off being at times I’m not the healthiest eater. But I’ve been using my belt for a week now and I’ve already noticed a huge decrease in my stomach and waistline. I love how it gives me that hourglass look, but the three strips that goes on the side in the back had came out of my waist trainer. I’m assuming I had it on too tight but all in all I love the product. Also, I’m not able to wear it anymore without the supports on the sides in the back.

Overall the waist trainer took entirely too long… but I have been wearing it for 4 days straight 6 hours or longer it’s a great fit and it’s comfortable when walking I work at a hospital so I walk a lot. I should start working out this weekend to get more results

If your thinking get one.
Only issue is the back fat at the top from your waist being snatched 💅🏾 but that will go away with some arm workouts 💪🏿.
