Fits perfect I went up a couple sizes just to make sure I had full coverage without being squeezed to death. It helps my posture, relieves my back pain, and flattens all my stomach including the Fupa. And it doesn’t make my boobs look stupid with side bulges or upper back bulges. This is by far the Best waist trainer I’ve ever purchased thus far and I have purchased a lot of them over years. I can only wear it when I’m working out because of how much it snatches my everything in. I will say this I wish it were a little bit longer to where it fits all the way up over my side boob roll under my arms. But that’s okay I’m gonna work that roll off. I’m a thick curvy woman. Like - Definitely makes you sweat. Nice plastic piece. Dislike- No stretch. So if someone has a big protruding stomach, this would not fit. Picture gives you a good example of the mid section size and where the Sauna Sweat belt completes its closure.

Ok, so I love how it fits. Very comfortable. But I do have a issue. I ordered a XL. An in the back it's starting to dig in my sides and not staying in place but I love that's my only thing. So my question is do I need to go up a size then as I lose the weight start going down on the sizes? But , I truly recommend it cause it do what you say it do.
