True to size. Breathable. Wear up to 8hrs a day. I’ve even taken a nap and woke up and was still fine in it. Just make sure you line the straps up correctly and make sure you don’t strap it too too tight in case you do a lot of sitting down (I work from home) and it won’t roll up on you. If you strap it too tight or don’t line up the straps in order (top first, then bottom, then middle) it can possibly fold as it pulls on the material, causing it to scrunch up. The Best Buy! Takes a while putting on but snatches you in instantly! Worked out in it and it was comfortable for the most part as long as you are not trying to do any ab workouts. Does roll up in the back but I think that is due to my butt. Overall I think it’s great to use with a sweat enhancer to get the burn you’re looking for!

I tried this on and it holds in my stomach now it did not give me the whole hour glass look it helps with posture for sure and when I tell you it takes you down a size in your pants size it does and it’s comfortable to wear all day and it does not roll down I recommend this for sure.
