We love the cup itself! It keeps the water in the cup and is cold. We bought two, but there is an issue with the handle on one of them. As you can see in the video, it has a lot of movement with it that started occurring. That cup has never been dropped or anything. Our other cup (used by my youngest) has been dropped and is just fine. It seems like it’s just a manufacturing error.
