The cup arrived slightly damaged. The bottom piece that hides the lead part of the cup had come off during transit. The box was very beat up. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE these designs!! I have been wanting them for over a year and I was finally able to get them and I am content with my purchase. Personally I’ve had some issues with the connection straw for the kids cup always falls out of the no spill lid which causes it to leak. As far as keeping cool I think Mum and Dad keep cooler longer than Bingo and Bluey. I need a new Bluey cup anyways cause my son lost his at the mall and I just know someone snatched it up so quick🤣.
