This is my fourth crew cup from The Mum Crew. My grandson uses them every time he comes over so he can have a water cup like grandma and mommy's. The designs are adorable. We got the reindeer one this time around for Christmas! I love that they are spill proof as well. Like, actually spill proof! My grandson knocks his over all the time, but not a drop comes out. These really are spill-proof!!! The baby loves them and they’re her go-to cups. The only thing that could be better would be the amount of time it took to receive them but that has nothing to do with the quality of cups themselves. They were definitely worth the wait!

This cup is perfect! Love the size for my 2 year old grandson that I watch, the handle is just the right size & it does NOT leak. I’ve had milk leak from previous cups into my couch which no fun to clean so this has been awesome! He has become so obsessed with it that his momma is ordering another one for him to have at home. Great quality bottles for my 10 and 3 year old. Trying to cut out plastic bottles. Great customer service. When one of mine broke I emailed them a picture and getting a free replacement. My kids love their hot chocolates and cold drinks in theirs. Have not used the old plastic bottles once since. They are also very easy to clean and spill proof. When i ordered the cups, i had them shipped to my daughter for my 2 granddaughters not knowing they would be shipped USPS. My daughter cannot receive any mail at her house. It needs to go to their PO Box. USPS returned the shipment. I contacted The Mum Crew. They were more than happy to reship my order to the PO Box. I can not comment on the actual performance of the cups because they are a gift for my daughter & her family. Shipping something that heavy in a bag, as opposed to a box ended up with the bag having holes in it & the boxes for the Mum & Dad cups being beaten up quite a bit. The cups appeared to be undamaged, but I am going to have to find something else to put them in to present them to my daughter.

The cup didn't arrive until January 3rd...shipping showed it was stuck in Illinois for like 8 or 9 days then at LAX (I live in Texas)...Why not be honest and say it's coming from China?
