I’ve gone through multiple. They’re great when they’re working but they don’t work for very long. For me, they lasted about 3-4 months before the zap stops working or the entire device doesn’t work.

The shipping charges arent clear. I was charged to pay international tax upon receiving the product and this WAS NOT ADVISED at the checkout page. I tried to raise this however poor customer service.

Same reason as mentioned on the other product. I was made to pay tax upon delivery! I was billed by UPS. Had I been informed at checkout fair enough, however the bill came as a surprise. Ridiculous. Would never recommend.

I’ve worn it for a day and I like it. I set some automations on my phone to help me regulate usage of certain apps. The alarm sequence seems adequate to get me up in the morning. However, I must say that I’m a bit disappointed. For the price tag, I would expect a more premium experience. Everything about the device feels cheap. This product is a scam. It doesn’t actually change ur habits. That’s a mental thing, not something a bracelet can change. Some yourself some money and just buy a “how to stop bad habits” book or something for about $200 cheaper

I am dissatisfied with this product. My prior experience with two Pavlok devices informed my purchase expectation; however, the Shock Clock Max's build quality is substandard. Within days, the screen exhibited significant scratches, and shortly thereafter, it cracked during routine gym use. A product of this nature should withstand such typical use. Now, the device is only usable via the app, which most features aren't available there, making it almost useless.

A good alarm clock has one major requirement: reliability. This works 100% to wake me up around 70% of the time. If you let the battery die you have to re-pair it or it won't go off. Additionally, re-Pairing every time you open the app is ridiculous. I recommend if you use this, have a backup alarm.

Worked well for a while then stopped around after about 9 months? The shock feature stopped working specifically. I tried cleaning the metal contacts on the backside but no luck.

I haven't received yet but I did pay 10 dollars for the Expedited (Ships in 1 business day) and that was on the 29th and it is now the 2nd and it still hasn't shipped. What was the point in paying extra and still having to wait however long.

It works. But you can't group alarms together in any way, and the band only goes off with an alarm. So, I have a long list of alarms that are hard to keep track of. Took some time to set them all up, and changing them is going to be a pain. Definitely let's you know when it goes off though.
